Dito Khvichia

Dito Khvichia is the managing partner at Justice League. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and a Master’s degree from Ilia State University. He has completed numerous local and international professional development courses aimed at enhancing legal qualifications. Dito’s extensive professional experience spans multiple areas of law. His primary areas of specialization include civil law, particularly contract and obligation law, business law, corporate and commercial law, as well as licensing and permits regulation. His expertise also covers intellectual property law, telecommunications law, and IT law. He has participated in and led several major business transactions both locally and internationally, acting as a legal advisor and representative of the client. His involvement includes full legal structuring and preparation of legal documents for transactions, as well as participation in pre-contractual negotiations. Dito has passed the Georgian Bar Association’s qualification exam in civil and administrative law and has been a member and practicing attorney since 2017. He has served as a mentor attorney within the Bar Association since 2020.
