Elene Jokharidze

Elene is a graduating student of the Bachelor of Laws program at the Free University of Tbilisi. She joined the Justice League team in 2024 and currently serves as a paralegal. Since her second year of studies, Elene has actively applied the theoretical knowledge gained at university and through various professional projects to real-world legal practice, demonstrating a strong commitment to continuous career development. Her professional experience spans a wide range of legal areas, including court representation in business, commercial, and labor law matters; litigation; contract drafting; legal risk management; legal consulting; and ensuring documentation complies with applicable legislation. Elene also has substantial knowledge and hands-on experience in administrative law, particularly in the analysis of normative acts and constitutional principles. Elene’s legal interests include corporate law, investment law, and international arbitration, with a focus on supporting business operations both in Georgia and abroad. She is planning to pursue a Master's degree in law at both a Georgian and a European university. Alongside her academic and professional pursuits, Elene actively participates in a variety of legal competitions and educational projects. She also represents Georgia as a delegate in international institutions such as the European Parliament, the Council of Europe, and the European Court of Human Right.
