Irakli Tsankashvili

Irakli Tsankashvili is the founding partner of Justice League. He is a lawyer with many years of professional experience. Irakli holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree from Ilia State University. His areas of specialization include general civil law, the law of obligations, civil procedural law, contract law, secured transactions, general commercial and labor law, as well as the law relating to trademarks, copyright and related rights, broadcasting, and communications. Irakli’s experience includes representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings, as well as providing legal consultations on these matters. His legal practice covers disputes with a total value of tens of millions of GEL that have been successfully resolved. He also oversees outsourced legal services for client companies, ensuring their operations and contractual relationships comply with relevant legislation. Irakli has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association and a practicing attorney since 2017. Since 2021, he has served as a mentor attorney within the Bar Association. In 2022, he became an accredited member of the Georgian Association of Arbitrators.
