Nino Gunashvili

Nino has joined the team in 2022 and currently serves as an Associate, following demonstrable professional development within the company. She is a results-driven legal professional with a strong academic foundation and substantial experience in the field of private law. Her practice areas include contract law, legal research and analysis, litigation support, and client advisory services. Nino Ghunashvili obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University and subsequently earned a Master’s degree in Private Law from Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, with a particular academic focus on the ICSID Convention and international arbitration law. Her areas of specialization encompass corporate and business law, construction law, land law, and the enforcement field. She possesses significant experience in both courtroom litigation and arbitral proceedings, and is proficient in managing complex legal matters involving cross-cutting regulatory and contractual issues. Her prior roles include serving as a Legal Assistant at the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA) and within the Legal Department of the Tbilisi City Hall (A(A)I), where she was actively involved in matters of public and administrative law. She is an admitted member of the Georgian Bar Association as a certified civil law attorney and holds additional specialization in the legal protection of children's rights.
